If you have a discount code, you can use it in the shopping cart or in the last step of the checkout process.
Further payment details
We reserve the right in individual cases to carry out the delivery only against pre-payment via bank transfer.
The shipment for orders placed by prepayment (Vorkasse) is made until the payment is reflected in our system (2 to 3 days approximately).
Please understand, for orders under € 10.00, we have to charge you a minimum quantity surcharge of € 5.00.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged at the conclusion of the contract.

Delivery times
Unless a different term is specified in the respective offer, the supply of the goods takes place inland (Germany) within 2 - 3 working-days, with foreign supplies within 5 - 7 working-days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For self-pickup, we will inform you via email about the availability of the goods and the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
